We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and the hotel facilities were great, such as the swimming pool and sauna. the hotel's location is perfect as it is near everything, including Yarmouk University and a mosque. the hotel staff were friendly to requests.

The maitre d' in the restaurant was particularly friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience enjoyable. The spacious and well-appointed room was a delight, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area providing enhanced comfort. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and sauna, although we unfortunately did not have the chance to use them.

Despite these positive aspects, there were a few areas where improvement could be made. The cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations, with dirty bed sheets and pillow covers.
